Experience
Social Media Care Specialist | August 2016 - Present
I am on contract from TEC Group at Fiat Chrysler Automobiles on their Social Media Care Team. I work with customers who reach out on social media about concerns with their vehicles. I also initiate contact with customers who are having issues to help try and solve them. It's my job to show customers their complaints are being heard and addressed as efficiently as possible.
Media and Communications Intern | January 2016 - May 2016
I had a part-time volunteer internship with Fenner Nature Center in the spring of 2016. I helped run their social media accounts, worked on promotional posters and assisted with the event planning process. Our goal was to promote the nature center to the Lansing community and continue to improve the work that has been done already.
Public Relations and Media Intern | May 2015 - August 2015
During the summer of 2015 I had a full-time volunteer internship with the Traverse City Film Festival. I helped manage media requests and credentialing, press releases, and creating press packets. I assisted with festival social media platforms including: Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr and more.. I created and dispersed credentials and press packets for all incoming media and assisted/escorted them around the festival.
Wharton Center Ticket Office Representative | September 2013-May 2016
I was a Ticket Office Representative for the Wharton Center for Performing Arts on Michigan State University’s campus. I sold tickets to patrons, answered phones, and dealt with any issue the customer had. I learned a lot from this job, especially how to handle a customer’s problem efficiently and with a smile.
RCAH Ambassadors | September 2012 - May 2016
I was a part of the Residential College of Arts and Humanities during my time at MSU. I graduated with a liberal arts degree from this program. I became a RCAH Ambassador because I wanted other incoming freshmen to know what this program has to offer. I gave tours to prospective students, sat on student panels, and attended promotional events the college put on.
Director of Fundraising for MSU Club Tennis | May 2014 - August 2015
I was a part of the MSU Club Tennis team from September 2012 to May 2016. In 2014 I was elected to be a member of the E-Board to manage our fundraising events. I was in charge of contacting local businesses, coordinating events and promoting the event to our team and the public. I designed posters using Adobe Illustrator to promote the event as well.

Study Abroad
Intensive Intermediate Spanish | June 2013
I spent a month living and studying in Spain with a host family who didn’t speak any English. It was a great experience, I learned a lot about the Spanish culture as well as more about myself. I learned how to think on my feet and how cultural differences can connect people rather than push them apart.
